Chapter 1
Selling on Amazon.ae
Our trading company lists products on Amazon.ae and Noon. Sales grew, and so did the number of fees, refunds, storage charges and ad reports we had to read.

The numbers did not add up
Seller Central showed sales. Our bank showed something else. Spreadsheets took days each month and still missed refunds that were never returned and fees charged twice.

We built it for ourselves
ADAK Fintech wrote the first version for our own stores: true net profit per product, invoices from every payout in our accountant’s format, and an audit of every charge.
