Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and ADAK Fintech Ltd (DIFC, Dubai, U.A.E.) for the use of Sellnaut. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

Sellnaut reads your marketplace data through official APIs and shows profit, inventory and advertising reports. Its AI agent recommends changes and, only where you switch it on, makes changes to prices, listings and advertising within the limits you set.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your sign-in details safe and use two-step verification.
  • Enter correct product costs; profit figures depend on them.
  • You remain responsible for your marketplace account, your listings and compliance with Amazon's and noon's policies. Review the agent's settings and limits; you can pause it at any time.

AI and data accuracy

Figures come from the marketplaces' own data and may be delayed or corrected by them. AI recommendations can be wrong. We do not guarantee sales or profit results.

Plans and payment

  • Subscription. Plans are monthly subscriptions paid by card through our payment provider (Stripe). By starting a plan you authorise us to charge your card the plan price at the start of each billing month until you cancel.
  • Free trial. Where a plan includes a free trial, a valid card is required to start it and nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and your card is charged on the day after the trial ends. We e-mail you a reminder before that. One free trial per customer and per card.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the trial or the billing month already paid. Payments already made are not refunded for unused parts of a month, unless the law requires it.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails we retry it over several days and the service continues meanwhile. If it still fails, the subscription ends and the account becomes inactive. Your data is kept for at least 90 days so you can subscribe again; after that we may delete it.
  • Changes of plan and price. Upgrades are charged pro rata immediately; downgrades are credited to the next invoice. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by e-mail; the new price applies from the next billing month.
  • Top-ups. AI token top-ups are one-time purchases and do not expire while your account exists.
  • Taxes. Prices exclude VAT or other taxes where these apply; they are shown on your invoice.
  • Refunds beyond the above follow the law of the DIFC and are considered case by case.

Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload the service, no reselling of access without our written consent.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made by marketplaces.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre; the DIFC Courts have jurisdiction.
